A lot of the big European metros are outside the 3 countries listed in the meme though.

I’d rather phrase it as “and they better not run a neolib spoiler candidate”. It’s not the progressives with popular support who are spoilers, but the neoliberals who are only propped up by corpo lobbies.
Hungarian
Granted, the right-to-left thing is not used anymore outside of enthusiast circles, and is kind of an anachronism and part of a movement to revive it as part of national heritage. That said, you can find a whole bunch of town limit marker signs in both scripts around the country.
The Hungarians settled the Carpathian Basin in 895. After the establishment of the Christian Hungarian kingdom, the old writing system was partly forced out of use during the rule of King Stephen, and the Latin alphabet was adopted. However, among some professions (e.g. shepherds who used a “rovás-stick” to officially track the number of animals) and in Transylvania, the script has remained in use by the Székely Magyars, giving its Hungarian name (székely) rovásírás. The writing could also be found in churches, such as that in the commune of Atid.
From Wikipedia
I know a language which kinda-sorta has two writing systems, one of which is left-to-right, the other one right-to-left.

More and more people are using docker to run shit
Docker is not made that way so people can get out of fixing shit that breaks constantly. The point is more to get rid of once-in-a-lifetime errors for which a reinstall or restart would be faster for anyway, but the main reason is that you get to sleep because if something fucky happens at 3AM, it’s more likely the system will just right itself.
I certainly wouldn’t call debugging a blinking container easier than just fixing shit on the server. In a container though, I can be sure the issue is fixed and it’s not just another bandaid on a growing pile that is going to explode as soon as the guy building the pile retires.

So how is 19th century imperialism different from Roman imperial expansion or Greek colonialism in antiquity for example? Or the various attempts to resurrect the Roman Empire by basically everyone? Why don’t we call Roman emperors or Alexander the Great or even Sigismund imperialists? Honest question here, I’m not a historian or anything.
I mean there were major race riots in the 90s.
I think it’s more like there were places in the US where it was fine for some people, and those bubbles are getting cracked by the constant Trump bullshit.
Maybe between the 40s and the 60s the US was the best place to be comparatively, but that was mostly because we managed to burn and bomb literally everything else.
I have a feeling that they made it up after the fact because the whole point of ε and φ there should be that they come with their own formulas that depend on the demand itself, instead of just being set to a constant value. I don’t imagine a straight line is a good enough model for the world economy, especially when fucking around with stuff that can implode it.
But ChatGPT does not know that, and especially won’t expand on that if you ask it “make my formula seem more scientific”.
That is as likely as a cartel hit in New York because it’s so close to Mexico.
Actually, metros in Eastern Europe tend to be safer for tourists by statistics for some reason.
