How does one get started with Usenet?

Op, This is the best answer. I’ve set up a Windows server using this method. I was blown away by how easy proxmox makes the whole thing.
I use rust desk too btw when I need to remote on for maintenance, etc.

I got a friendly elec nanopi r3 that I use as a router. It routes all my Ethernet connected devices, and my consumer mesh network does all WiFi connections.
It’s basically a raspberry pi, but they do use their own flavor of os, so I just run it using a fresh image on an SD card. Works no problem and power consumption is minimal.
This response seems to have a strong misunderstand of how the world actually operates.
Also… Where you think the energy to make “cheap Chinese solar panels” is coming from?
Also also, the fact that you’re talking about importing from one specific country makes me think… You’re from a Western country where they artificially make these things limited? It’s good to ask questions like this, but time to grow up. So some real research and see how you can make a genuine impact.

I say, I don’t pay for Netflix, but I’m able to stream whatever I want. I do the same with books. And audiobooks.

Sometimes. I basically work call center for a company. User calls in, account locked.
“Oh sorry about that, let me get that unlocked for you.”
Truth is, I don’t give a fuck you got locked out. Stop being stupid when you type your password.

Is there a good, free, cross platform alternative?
Thank you my friend
