I also find the title rage inducing. Yeah, it’s not exactly a surprise either. Oh, you mean the email exchanges between the FBI that are included in the newly released files. I didn’t look at it deeply enough yet. But I’m guessing even if they have/had some degree of security in their mailing system, since those emails are relevant to the case, they were required to be added to the dossier regardless at some point.

Quite unlikely, I think. At least in the sense that they lured him into the scene to help someone and then murder him. As that would be quite a bit more elaborate.

Since all the ICE offenders enjoy unjustifiable anonymity by the administration, it’s not easy to see if any of the thugs from those two events were the same. As the second possibility would be that when he came to help, someone recognized him, and being the man-children they are, then shot him. Either this, or they simply did loser thug things in the spur of the moment.
