They seem to be pushing back against any congressional and judicial oversight. They are probably trying to make it so the executive branch doesn’t have to answer for anything including how the FBI uses money.
It certainly looks like they’re doing a soft setup for autocracy.

This anonymous source sounds like they’re part of the movement of Slotkin and others to make the Democratic Party more palatable to Republicans with buyer’s remorse.
How about, instead, those Republicans stand down and let the Republican Party burn. Without so-called “centrist” support and enabling, Trump won’t take the country down with him.

The only people helped by robotics will be people who already have the luxury of: working from home; regular hours; high wage; and good PTO benefits. So, well-off to wealthy people.
Poor people in low-paying jobs won’t be able to afford the robots for a couple generations, anyway. His perspective on this is self-centered. Which, I suppose, is typical of him.
