That sounds like an overall positive outcome, at least compared to many corporations or there…?
That sounds like an overall positive outcome, at least compared to many corporations or there…?
Uh…no? We know where the stand is all I’m saying.
I’m sorry but you sound like Archer trying way too hard to make the joke work…
My theory on the general nature of the “root cause”? Fear of the very idea that they don’t actually matter. The fact that the lie is soon fed to them from birth doesn’t change that it’s bullshit.
One of my favorite lines ever in any media has got to be master Yoda explaining the danger of fear. Tied is the “litany against fear” from Dune, but the point is to teach hate, first teach fear.
That…sounds like hate. I don’t mean to be pedantic, but I think it’s important. Not only to call a spade a spade, either. I’ve witnessed a close family member insist a hateful view or stance was not actually hate if you’re “doing it for the right reasons”.
To clarify, I don’t think you were taking that stance. I think we probably agree on the relevant issues, in fact. So I regret my earlier choice of words; I was unnecessarily combative in how I phrased it.
In the end, to so thoroughly succumb to greed that you justify acting so hatefully to the rest of the population is deeply disturbing.
Their actions don’t support this at all.
Well, when all is said and done, they’re gonna be “loose ends”. Not that that really helps much.
Who says I’m gonna assign percentages? Like, what the fuck even is that bullshit.
They’re all responsible.
Is it possible I had no intention to answer your pointless question?
The promise of America is, and always has been, a lie.
No, they don’t. The “criminality”, aka the way it’s being accomplished, is his problem. Not the effects.
This guy can take a long walk off a very short pier.
No.
Aristocracy is absolutely the goal. Rugged individualism is simply the most popular lie used to attain that goal.
And North Korea is obviously democratic!
Oh, wait, no that’s fucking retarded.
I think I think, therefore I think I am.
I do not believe it is actually a majority. Way too many, either way, though.
But two big issues I see is that most of us are literally living paycheck, where any significant time spent unemployed will result in losing your home.
Number two is how well armed the military is. Not to mention how many times our government has already proven they are more than willing to mobilize the forces against civilians.
So, yeah, we’re pretty much fucked.
