After taking care of all the main stuff, we decided to redecorate the whole island and move all the houses, didn’t want to spend too much time earning money so I “cheated” and got into Turnip business. Made tons of money. There used to be online apps where you could enter details of your island and it’s weather for few days and it would deduce the seed of your island, giving you details of turnip prices and when the meteor shower will be etc.

There was also a discord where people shared the prices of turnip in their island, so people would go to island with low rate and then go to island with high rate and sell it there.

Let’s assume it was the studio’s idea. They wanted to make a game that wasn’t their specialty and Sony let them do it because they didn’t want to stifle creativity. Now it failed miserably.

Sony isn’t going to get the money they lost, so why not course correct and put the studio on what they specialise in?

It would be so fun if they keep the name “Untitled John Wick Game”, like Project Octopath Traveler.

Oh, I won’t worry about that, even if things go bad, it’s an already established universe with lots of fans, perfect for their next live service game setting.

At the time I was sure Elop is some kind of undercover agent from Microsoft.
