Since the labour was compulsory from the government, it is a forced labour program.

This isn’t even counting the estimated 10 million or so people in forced labour gulags.

The main issue is Trump is old and built like a frog, so you can’t apply much oressure or else you make him tumble. This probably allowed him to break free and stand for the fight moment.

I feel you could call Bush a smart man, even politically savy, while still talking like a layman. However, Trump is genuinely dumb like his speech implies, and people just roll with it.
