How is it possible to have a 90MPH police chase down I-5 and I-405 at noon through LA and San Diego? Every time I’ve been through there it’s bumper to bumper.

I’ve never been to the border but isn’t there a checkpoint on the roads with spike strips and such? WTH is border patrol if they can’t get a blockage at the border for someone fleeing for 20+ minutes?

Joe Biden’s fault. He opened the Mexican border, wide open. /s

“We don’t want this car forcing its way through the entry, hurting other people,” CHP Sgt. Esteban Hernandez told the Los Angeles Times.

Does seem logical. They know who it is. There’s no need to create a situation where she’s full speed ramming a gate arm at the border.

It can get wide open when there’s a multi-county chase and multiple law enforcement agencies are in front of the chase telling everyone to get the hell out of the way.

I think it being Veteran’s Day probably helped. Seems like being in that sober facility helped her make an effective plan.
