Can we create a Judicial Guard that is basically a force to enforce court rulings? Like whatever they have now is clearly not working. This happened under Andrew Jackson too, so don’t tell me they never saw this coming.

I’m sorry, but are the generals in the National Guard not held responsible to only follow legal orders. Who is the commanding officer that oversees the implementation of Trump’s order?
