Slightly more boomers voted conservative in the last few elections than voted liberal. Slightly more of the younger generations voted liberal. The difference isn’t that stark. If you attended any of the no kings protests, you saw that the overwhelming majority were older folks. This kind of age prejudice isn’t helping anything.
That’s what shocked me last No Kings protest. I saw tons of older folks and even some people I know are die-hard conservative Republicans with signs out in the middle of town.

At least some of the demographics is likely because older folks often have more free time to be able to get out and protest, but I know an awful lot of passionately liberal boomers.
